Shipping policy

This policy describes where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we ship

We ship to all five Nordic countries: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination and cart total.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Norway: 6-10 business days
Sweden: 6–10 business days
Denmark, Finland: 6–10 business days
Iceland: 6–14 business days

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically dispatched the same or the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carriers

We ship via established Nordic carriers, including Bring, PostNord, and other regional partners. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

VAT and customs

For customers in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland: applicable VAT is included in the price shown at checkout. No additional duties are charged on delivery for parcels shipped within the EU/EEA.

For customers in Norway: VAT is collected at checkout under the VOEC scheme for orders under 3,000 NOK. You will not be charged additional Norwegian VAT or customs duties on delivery for orders within this limit.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact info@vokshus.com.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 14 days of dispatch at info@vokshus.com.
Include your order number, a brief description, and (if damaged) photos.
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment to a corrected address may incur additional shipping charges.
