We ship to 24 countries across the EU.

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination and cart total.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg: 7 to 10 days
France, Ireland, Italy, Spain and Portugal: 7 to 10 days
Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia: 7 to 10 days
Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Malta and the Baltic countries: 7 to 10 days

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically dispatched the same or the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carriers

We ship via established European carriers and your national postal service. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

VAT and customs

For customers in the European Union: applicable VAT is included in the price shown at checkout. No additional duties are charged on delivery for parcels shipped within the EU.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There is no customs duty, no import charge and no handling fee to settle when your parcel arrives.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact info@vokshus.com.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 14 days of dispatch at info@vokshus.com.
Include your order number, a brief description, and (if damaged) photos.
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment to a corrected address may incur additional shipping charges.
