Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to all purchases made on vokshus.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Parties to the agreement

Seller: Vokshus. Buyer: the consumer or business ordering goods through the online shop. For consumer purchases, the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act and the Right of Withdrawal Act apply.

2. Ordering and agreement

The agreement is binding once the order has been confirmed by Vokshus by email. We reserve the right to reject orders in the event of obvious pricing errors, lack of stock or suspicion of misuse.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK), including value added tax. Shipping is added if the order value is below the free-shipping threshold. Accepted payment methods: Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and PayPal.

4. Delivery

We process orders quickly on weekdays. Delivery time to Norway is typically 7-10 days with Posten/Bring. The risk for the goods passes to you when you or your representative have received the goods.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days + extended 365-day guarantee)

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act. In addition, Vokshus offers a 365-day money-back guarantee: you can return unused goods in their original packaging within 365 days and receive a full refund. Return costs are borne by the buyer unless the goods are defective.

Send us an email at info@vokshus.com before you return anything, and you will receive return instructions. A standardised withdrawal form is available from the Norwegian Consumer Authority.

6. Complaints

In the event of faults or defects in the goods, you have a two-year right of complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act § 27. Contact us as soon as possible after the fault is discovered.

7. Guarantee

Vokshus guarantees that the bread bag is free from manufacturing defects under normal use. The guarantee does not cover wear and tear, misuse (e.g. machine washing or hot water above 40 °C that melts the beeswax).

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Disputes

Disputes will be sought resolved amicably. If agreement is not reached, consumers can bring the matter before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Norwegian law applies.
