60-day open purchase

We want you to be completely happy with the Bread Bag. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you have 60 days to send it back — for any reason.

How to return

1. Email hei@vokshus.no with your order number
2. You'll get a return label back within 24 hours
3. Pack the bag in its original packaging or similar
4. Drop the package off at your nearest Posten pickup point

Refund

When we receive the package, the full amount (including the original shipping cost) is refunded within 5 business days to the same payment method you used at checkout.

Damaged on arrival

If the bag is damaged on arrival, take photos of the package and send them to us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement immediately, free of charge.
