    Choose any carrier you like and send it to the return address.

Refund

Once we receive the package, the full amount (including original shipping) is refunded within 14 days — to the same payment method you used.
What if the bag arrives damaged?
Take photos of the package and email us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement immediately, free of charge.
