Vokshus is the data controller for the personal data collected through this online shop. Contact us at info@vokshus.com.

• Orders: name, delivery address, email, telephone number, payment information (handled by the payment provider; we do not store card data).
• Account: email and name if you create a customer account.
• Newsletter: email address if you sign up.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages you visit (collected via cookies, see the cookie policy).

• Fulfil the purchase agreement (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
• Fulfil legal obligations, e.g. bookkeeping duty (Article 6.1.c GDPR).
• Send newsletters and marketing where you have consented (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
• Improve the website and products based on legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

We only share information with providers that are necessary for operations:

• Shopify (e-commerce platform, hosting)
• Posten/Bring (shipping and delivery)
• Klarna, Vipps, Stripe (payment processing)
• Email provider for order and marketing communications

All data processors are bound by a data processing agreement.

Order information is stored for 5 years in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act. Newsletter subscriptions are stored until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are deleted after 12 months.
