Vokshus started with a simple observation: homemade sourdough loses its charm in a plastic bag. The crust turns rubbery within hours. The bread suffocates. Mould after 2-3 days. Microplastics in your food.

We wanted a better way to store homemade bread. Natural. Breathable. Beautiful.

Our solution

The Bread Bag is sewn from cotton and linen, lined with natural beeswax and jojoba oil. The result is a bag that lets the bread breathe — moisture escapes, but not too much. The crust stays crisp. The crumb soft and moist. The bread stays fresh for 7-10 days.

Materials that last

Every bag is made from 100% food-safe natural materials — no plastic, no microplastics. With proper care it lasts at least 12 months, and can be re-waxed when the beeswax wears down.
