Return and refund policy

You have 365 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to return

Email us at info@vokshus.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it back via your preferred carrier.
The refund is processed within 14 days of you telling us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold the amount until we have received the item back, or until you have provided proof that it has been sent, whichever happens first.

Conditions

The product should be unused or only lightly used.
Original packaging is appreciated but not required.
You cover the return shipping cost, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Klarna purchases, refunds are processed via the Klarna portal.

A tracking number or a proof-of-postage receipt from the carrier counts as evidence that the item has been sent.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email info@vokshus.com immediately. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement free of charge.

Your rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, and Icelandic consumer law. EU/EEA customers have an unconditional 14-day right of withdrawal under distance-selling regulations — our 365-day window extends that voluntarily.
